Trade Winds to Success Training Society, based in Edmonton, is dedicated to changing lives and strengthening Alberta's economy through specialized training in the construction industry. With a focus on Indigenous communities, we offer programs that help students overcome barriers to stable employment, ensuring they gain the skills needed to succeed.
Since our inception, we have partnered with various industry leaders to enrich our training offerings and support student success. Our graduates are not only equipped with practical skills but also receive hands-on learning experiences that prepare them for real-world challenges. Programs, such as our Residential Construction Program, have gained recognition for their role in shaping well-rounded tradespeople.
At Trade Winds, we build more than just skills; we help build futures for our students as they transition from training to meaningful careers in the trades.
